New shorts and a coat for Aanya

This has been a productive weekend. Made these 2 new pieces for Aanya's wardrobe for school.

 Gidget Shorts by Felicity Designs- Used white cotton twill and made the bias binding. Love these.


Simplicity 2526 - I've used this pattern twice before, still like making this coat. Added a lining. Fleece outer, Minky contrast fabric and cotton lining.

Itch to Stitch blog tour

Itch to Stitch blog tour Day 2 Sewing community is such a vast space spanning multiple continents and what brings everyone together is their love for sewing. When someone in this community is hurting, sewists all over the world come together to make it better. Itch to Stitch blog tour 2018

It's time to sew Itch to Stitch I am participating in the blog tour again this year. This is a time to sew Itch to Stitch patterns we've been meaning to make for long!
